College Republicans

I helped successfully plan and lead the College Republicans throughout the entire state of Michigan to Mackinac Island, where I problem-solved before and during entire trip when issues and conflicts arose. It is for these reasons I was given the nickname "Firefighter" because I was constantly putting out fires. in the days leading up to the convention, the MIGOP changed our hotels prices, and much more. aditionally i the MIGOP did not pay its bill for students staying off the island to which at 2 in the morning, so I problem-solved to make sure everyone had a bed to sleep in.

• Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills throughout the entire Mackinac Island conference, successfully addressing challenges and ensuring a seamless event for the college students.

• Effectively managed last-minute hotel room changes and pricing fluctuations initiated by MIGOP, maintaining a high level of attendee satisfaction and minimizing disruptions.

• Spearheaded the coordination and transportation of over 80 college students from various locations across Michigan to Mackinac Island, ensuring their safe and timely arrival at the conference venue.

• Exhibited strong organizational and logistical prowess, orchestrating the smooth logistics of bringing students from diverse locations to the event, enhancing the conference's inclusivity and reach.

• Collaborated closely with team members to strategize and execute the transportation plan, optimizing resources and minimizing costs while guaranteeing the comfort and convenience of all attendees.

• Played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall success of the conference by proactively resolving issues and facilitating the participation of a diverse group of college students from across the state.
